Delivery

Delivery to the customer will be within 3-5 days of cleared payment in our account. The item will be dispatched to the customer using Royal Mail 1st Class, unless otherwise instructed by the customer (you). Tracking details will not be provided for an item less than £20. Tracking data will be provided if delivery has been upgraded by the client (you).

Returns

Customers are welcome to return any items purchased. The cost must be met by yourselves, cost of postage will be refunded if we deem that the item had been faulty when it was delivered to you.

If an item arrives to you in a damaged state from the courier, we will require (1) photographic evidence of the unopened packaging, (2) photographic evidence of the packaging & item once opened in order to reclaim from the courier.
